Dehydrated lemongrass powder is produced from fresh, mature, Ethylene Oxide Free, good quality, non-GMO, and locally sourced raw material. The product is free from food irradiation. It has strong herbal flavor and aroma, with low microbial load. An important ingredient for many Thai cuisines. Country of origin : Thailand
