Dehydrated black pepper powder is produced from non-GMO, premium quality, and carefully selected raw material. The product is free from food irradiation. It has pungent flavor, spicy aroma, and low microbial load. Raw material origin: Vietnam

Yeast and mould: 100 cfu/g
E.Coli and coliform: <3 MPN or < 10 cfu/g

Temperature: Ambient (approx. 26-35°C)/Dry place
Storage conditions: Store away from the exposure to heat, moisture, and direct sunlight. Keep the package tightly tied-up after use
Shelf life: 12 months under the indicated storage conditions in the original and unopened package
